From the very beginning, I’ve always been into the arts. As a child I can remember always drawing and wanting to send away for that correspondence art course; you know the one. As I got older my skills developed through many different avenues, from becoming a commercial artist to doing stain glass. After graduating from high school I attended the Maryland Institute of Art. And then it happened, one day I picked up a camera and I was immediately smitten; I couldn’t put it down. Everywhere I went, I wanted to record photographic memories of what I saw. Not only did I want to record them, I also wanted to infuse my artistic touch into them. I wanted others to see whatever I was photographing from a different point of view. I started taking photography courses, and working with professional photographers to garner all the knowledge I could. The longer I do this thing, the more excited I am by it, that’s how you know you’ve found your place. I feel that I have been blessed and I Iove sharing my art with others.
